The association supports research projects in the field of brewing and beverage technology that originate from the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology at the Technical University of Munich. These include the research groups BioPAT and Digitalization, Beverage and Cereal Biotechnology, Smart Production Systems, as well as Process- and Raw Material-Based Brewing Technology. The portfolio is complemented by the two technical units: Research Brewery and Analytics, Consulting, and Services.
