    In memory of Dr. Hubert Kollmannsberger

    With great sorrow, we bid farewell to Dr. Hubert Kollmannsberger, who passed away on October 28, 2025. For many years, Dr. Kollmannsberger was a constant presence in Weihenstephan. After completing his studies in food technology, he remained closely associated with the university and, from 2012 onward, worked in the chromatographic laboratory of the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology. His particular interest lay in gas chromatographic analysis, which he pursued with remarkable dedication and precision.
